Sweden’s H100 Group, known for its health and longevity focus, raised $10.5 million from crypto investors like Blockstream CEO Adam Back. The fundraising split included $7.4 million in share issues and $3.3 million in convertible loans. Investors can convert loans to equity at SEK 1.75 per share.
H100 Group’s shares surged 30% on Wednesday, up nearly 400% since their first BTC purchase in May. The funding is part of a larger plan to enhance their BTC treasury strategy. CEO Sander Andersen leads the company in following a trend of public firms using share and debt issuances to acquire cryptocurrencies like Michael Saylor’s Strategy (MSTR).
