The Toronto-Dominion Bank (TD, TD.TO) will redeem all 14 million outstanding Non-Cumulative 5-Year Rate Reset Class A First Preferred Shares, Series 7 on July 31, 2025 at $25.00 per share, totaling approximately $350 million. The redemption was approved by the Office of the Superintendent of Financial Institutions. Dividends of $0.2000625 per share were declared payable on and after July 31, 2025 to shareholders of record on July 10, 2025.
