Tenaris S.A. (TS) has announced a Share Buyback Program with a total value of up to $1.2 billion. The first tranche of the program, covering up to $600 million, will begin on June 9, 2025, and end by December 8, 2025. Ordinary shares acquired will be cancelled. This initiative is part of the company’s strategy to enhance shareholder value.
