Terra Metals Inc. and Lunda Resources Ltd. achieved a major breakthrough at the Kalaba Copper Project in Zambia, with flotation recoveries exceeding 96.5% and concentrate grades of 26.91% Cu. The project is positioned as one of Africa’s lowest-cost green copper producers, with plans for a 5 MW solar facility to expand to 100 MW.
The company has obtained full environmental clearance and plans to become Zambia’s first large-scale producer of green critical metals, powered by solar energy. Terra Metals acknowledges the support of local leaders in advancing the Kalaba Project with integrity. Additionally, the company holds a large-scale exploration license near the DRC Copperbelt.
