Terra Metals secures investment to fund Dante project in Australia

Terra Metals secures A$4m from strategic investors for Dante project in Western Australia. Investors include GEAR and Matthew Latimore. Proceeds will fund exploration of copper-gold-platinum group metal project. Largest shareholder Tribeca Investment Partners pledges to maintain 15% stake. Proceeds from placement to be used for drilling and corporate purposes.
GEAR executive director Mark Zhou praises Dante Project as globally significant critical minerals resource. Investment aligns with M Group’s growth strategy in essential minerals for energy transition. Terra Metals conducts over 17,000m of drilling, revealing extensive reef-style system. Independent resource consultancy to visit site for maiden mineral resource estimate.
Placement to be completed in two tranches, with second contingent on shareholder approval. Terra Metals announced option to acquire HRM Exploration in January 2025. HRM holds four exploration licenses adjacent to Dante project. Investment to support Terra Metals’ exploration journey in Australia.
