Trust Payments, a European payment technology provider, has integrated Trulioo’s suite of verification services to streamline its onboarding process. This includes Trulioo Workflow Studio, Business Verification, Person Match, Identity Document Verification, and Watchlist Screening. Trust Payments, founded in 2019, processes over £1bn monthly and serves 20,000 businesses across Europe, complying with EU and UK regulations.

The integration with Trulioo has enabled Trust Payments to operate through a single platform, improving its verification processes and accelerating the know your customer (KYC) and know your business (KYB) onboarding processes. The partnership resulted in an 85% verification success rate in key markets, offering a more consistent onboarding experience for clients. Trulioo’s unified platform allows Trust Payments to optimize onboarding costs, improve conversion rates, and adhere to compliance standards globally.

Trust Payments CEO Laurence Booth highlighted the new digital direction for onboarding, aiming to deliver innovative commerce solutions for sustainable growth. Trulioo CEO Vicky Bindra emphasized the importance of building trust online and supporting high-growth companies like Trust Payments. In April, PingPong also deployed Trulioo’s Business Verification and Watchlist Screening solutions.
