Uber Technologies, Inc. (UBER) partners with Waymo to launch autonomous ride-hailing in Atlanta, covering 65 square miles. Around 100 Waymo vehicles already on UBER’s platform in Austin. The move follows Tesla’s recent robotaxi trial in the same city, showcasing the growing momentum in self-driving cars.

UBER, an American transportation company, provides ride-hailing, food delivery, courier, and freight services. It sold its self-driving unit in 2020 to focus on core business. While UBER shows investment potential, some AI stocks offer greater upside potential with less downside risk, according to analysts.
