UHY, a professional services firm, has acquired Sabino & Company, a St. Louis based CPA firm, to strengthen its presence in the area. The move aligns with UHY’s focus on real estate and construction industries in St. Louis. David Sabino and his team will join UHY’s Maplewood office.

UHY sees St. Louis as a growing business hub and aims to meet the demand for high-quality accounting services. The integration with Sabino & Company allows for expanded services and national expertise. UHY ranks among the top 25 accounting firms in the US, offering audit, tax, consulting, and advisory services to a diverse clientele.

With nearly 40 offices and over 1,800 professionals in the US, UHY also operates globally through UHY International. In March 2025, the firm strengthened its Towson office in Maryland by adding a new partner and team members from MMK CPA. The acquisition of Sabino & Company bolsters UHY’s foothold in St. Louis and enhances its service offerings.
