Uniti Group Inc. announced the pricing of $600 million in 8.625% Senior Unsecured Notes due 2032. The net proceeds will be used for the partial redemption of $500 million in 10.50% senior notes due 2028. The offering is expected to close on June 24, 2025, and the redemption of the 2028 notes is subject to completing debt financings of at least $550 million. The notes will not be registered under the Securities Act and are offered to qualified institutional buyers. Uniti is a real estate investment trust focused on communications infrastructure.
