Why Samsara Inc. (IOT) Crashed On Friday

Samsara Inc. (NYSE:IOT) took a nosedive on Friday, dropping 4.55% to $45.10 per share after its CEO and another shareholder sold significant stakes in the company totaling $160,000 and $170,000, respectively.

The company reported a 60.7% decrease in net losses to $22 million in the first quarter of fiscal year 2026, with revenues increasing by 30.69% to $366.88 million year-on-year.

Samsara Inc. (NYSE:IOT) forecasts higher revenues for the second quarter and full fiscal year of 2026, estimating revenues of $371 million to $373 million for Q2 and $1.547 billion to $1.555 billion for the full year.
