Accenture has acquired Malaysia-based consulting and digital transformation firm, Aristal, founded in 2006. The financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Aristal is known for its advisory services and expertise in core banking transformation, with a track record of delivering IT and business transformation programs for financial institutions in Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore, and Thailand.
