Alstom awarded 2.0 billion euro contract to produce 316 modern commuter rail cars

Alstom has been awarded a 2.0 billion euro contract to produce 316 state-of-the-art M-9A commuter rail cars for MTA’s Long Island Rail Road and Metro-North Railroad.
