Ascentage Pharma Group International appointed Veet Misra, Ph.D., as CFO and Eric Huang as SVP of Global Corporate Development. Dr. Misra has 20+ years of investment banking experience and a biology background. Dr. Huang brings expertise in the pharmaceutical industry and corporate management, previously serving as CFO at Beigene.

Dajun Yang, M.D., Ph.D., Ascentage Chairman and CEO, stated that the addition of Misra and Huang will accelerate the company’s global strategy of becoming a leading biopharmaceutical company. Misra holds a Ph.D. in Molecular Biology and an MBA, while Huang earned an MBA from Dowling Business School.
