Blockware Intelligence predicts that by the end of 2025, 36 more public companies will have added Bitcoin to their balance sheets, representing a 25% increase from the current total of 141 companies holding Bitcoin. In 2025, there was a 120% surge in public companies adopting Bitcoin, with Michael Saylor’s Strategy leading the pack with 597,325 BTC.
Over the past 30 days, there has been a 2.43% increase in Bitcoin treasury holdings. However, Blockware noted that the companies joining the trend are either newly established or facing operational challenges. Venture capital firm Breed argued that only a few Bitcoin treasury companies will survive the “death spiral,” while crypto trader Saint Pump believes they will play a key role in the next bear market.
