Private equity firm B.P. Marsh increases its stake in broker Pantheon to 39% by purchasing an additional 2% equity, valued at £275m ($377m). Pantheon founders Robert Dowman and Michael Lee each sold half of their share. Pantheon, an independent broker in the Lloyd’s and London insurance market, is projected to achieve £18m adjusted EBITDA by December 2025, expanding its offerings to include global property and technology lines. B.P. Marsh also arranged a £5m loan facility to support Pantheon’s growth through organic expansion and potential mergers. Pantheon’s CEO expresses gratitude for B.P. Marsh’s support and strategic vision.
