Aditya Bhasin, Bank of America’s chief technology and information officer, is retiring after over 20 years with the bank. He will advise and invest in mid-sized companies. Hari Gopalkrishnan will succeed him, joining BofA in 2011 from Citigroup. The bank has over 59 million digital users and 7,800 patent filings.
