Industrial and Commercial Bank of China and Bank of China saw gains. Wall Street opened mixed on Tuesday, with the Dow up and the NASDAQ down. U.S. economic data showed a modest increase in manufacturing activity and unexpected job openings. Crude oil prices rose slightly.
