Crinetics Pharmaceuticals presented new data at ENDO 2025 showing that PALSONIFY was well tolerated and maintained stable IGF-1 levels in acromegaly patients during long-term open label extensions of PATHFNDR-1 and PATHFNDR-2 studies. Additional presentations highlighted reductions in patient-reported symptom burden. Results from the PATHFNDR-1 and PATHFNDR-2 OLE studies demonstrated durable biochemical control, stable GH levels, and symptom control with once-daily PALSONIFY. These results will be presented in oral and poster presentations at the conference. PALSONIFY is a potential next-generation therapy for acromegaly, pending FDA approval.
