House Republican leaders broke a deadlock on three crypto bills, with a record-long procedural vote. The vote to set up floor debate lasted over nine hours, passing 217-212. Votes on the GENIUS Act and CLARITY Act may occur Thursday, while others could be delayed to Friday or next week.
