Danos Operations Services has secured a contract to provide production services at Beacon Offshore Energy’s new Shenandoah floating production system (FPS) in the Gulf of Mexico, which is set to commence oil production this summer with a capacity of 120,000 barrels per day. The Shenandoah FPS will employ various professionals and is located 230 miles from New Orleans. Danos CEO expressed honor in supporting Beacon Offshore Energy and highlighted their people-focused approach. Beacon has approved the next phase of expansion for the Shenandoah project, including drilling more production wells and increasing throughput capacity by 2026.
