Doordash and Deliveroo have entered into a new confidentiality agreement on July 21, 2025. The details of the agreement will be made available on their websites by noon the next business day. Earlier, on May 6, 2025, Deliveroo and DoorDash finalized a cash offer for Deliveroo’s entire share capital, as recommended by Deliveroo’s Independent Committee.
