Italian energy company Eni S.P.A. reported a decrease in profit for the second quarter, with net profit falling 18% to 543 million euros. Adjusted net profit was 1.13 billion euros, and total revenues declined to 19.12 billion euros. Hydrocarbon production dropped 3% to 1,668 kboe/d. The company confirmed planned shareholder returns for 2025, including a 5% dividend increase to 1.05 euros per share. Looking ahead, Eni expects oil and gas production to remain at 1.7 mln boe/d. The third quarter production is projected to be between 1.7 and 1.72 mln boe/d.
