CEO Alfonso Bosch sees significant opportunities in the acquisition to enhance service offerings. Coca-Cola Beverages Africa (CCBA), the eighth largest Coca-Cola authorized bottler in Africa, will focus on core markets in southern and east Africa for sustainable growth opportunities.
CCBA recently invested $50m in a new bottling line in Namibia, increasing production capacity by 30%. The company operates two bottling plants in Namibia, producing 11 brands including Appletiser, Predator, and Fanta, with warehouses in key locations.
