Evelyn Partners Group sells fund solutions business to Thesis Holdings, following the earlier disposal of its Professional Services division. Thesis acquires EPFL to enhance independent fund governance, now overseeing 330 funds and $50bn assets. 75 EPFL employees transition to Thesis, ensuring good outcomes for fund investors.

Thesis CEO welcomes EPFL team, highlighting their market reputation and professional services culture.
