Global funds investing in dividend-paying stocks are seeing strong inflows in 2025 after two slow years, as investors seek stable income amid economic and geopolitical uncertainties. Dividend-heavy sectors like utilities and energy are outperforming the technology sector this year. Global dividend-focused ETFs attracted $23.7 billion in the first half of 2025, the highest in three years. Energy leads in global dividend yield at 4.75%, followed by real estate, utilities, and financials. Europe has the highest dividend yield at 3%, while the U.S. lags at 1.4%. Dividend growth signals stability, making dividend growers attractive in volatile markets.
