Proceeds will be used for debt repayment, reducing leverage to below 2.0x. The divestiture aligns with Greif’s growth strategy, sharpening its portfolio and enhancing capital efficiency. The company aims to focus on its remaining material solutions for margin expansion and cash flow generation.
