Net income fell by 78% to $31.5 million, dragging first-half figures down by 51% to $73.9 million. Revenues remained flat at $694 million for the quarter, dropping by 7% to $1.397 billion for the first half. DOC revised its full-year 2025 growth guidance, with diluted earnings per share now projected at 25-31 cents. Shareholders will receive dividends of $0.10167 per share on July 31 and August 29.
