Hepsor AS and EfTEN Special Opportunities Fund’s joint venture, Hepsor SOF OÜ, recently acquired properties at Narva mnt 150 and 150a for EUR 6.3 million. The transaction will yield a profit of EUR 2.8 million for Hepsor, with construction of around 300 homes planned in Lasnamäe, Tallinn. Hepsor aims to build a total of 500 new homes and 4,200 m² of commercial space in the development area. The Lasnamäe district in Estonia, with a population comparable to Tartu, offers low development competition, making the project strategically important. Hepsor’s partnership with EfTEN strengthens the project’s capital structure and quality of life in Lasnamäe.
