Analysts expect United Parcel Service (UPS) to report a profit decrease for Q2 2025

United Parcel Service, Inc. (UPS), a package delivery and logistics provider, is valued at $85.5 billion and offers various services including package delivery, freight forwarding, and supply chain logistics. Analysts expect UPS to report a profit of $1.57 per share for Q2 2025, down 12.3% from the year-ago quarter.

For the full year, analysts anticipate UPS to report EPS of $7.05, an 8.7% decrease from fiscal 2024. However, EPS is projected to rebound in fiscal 2026, growing by 14% to $8.04. UPS stock has declined 23.2% over the past year, significantly underperforming the S&P 500 and Industrial Select Sector SPDR Fund.

Despite a marginal decline in shares after Q1 earnings release, UPS exceeded revenue estimates at $21.5 billion. Adjusted earnings of $1.49 per share surpassed analyst estimates by 3.5%, driven by higher revenue from domestic and international segments. Wall Street analysts hold a “Moderate Buy” rating for UPS with a mean price target of $114.36.
