Hilltop Holdings (NYSE:HTH) reported Q2 CY2025 revenue of $303.3 million, a 1.9% increase year on year, missing analyst estimates. However, GAAP profit of $0.57 per share was 22.6% above consensus. Net Interest Income was $110.7 million, beating estimates by 6.8%, and the Efficiency Ratio was 55.4%, surpassing estimates by 30.6 percentage points. The company transformed from a residential communities business to a financial services powerhouse in 2007. Hilltop Holdings’s revenue has been weak, falling at a 6.7% annual rate over the last five years. Analysts expect TBVPS to grow by 3.3% to $31.56 in the next 12 months.
