Intel Corporation (INTC) partners with Exostellar to make enterprise-grade AI infrastructure accessible. The collaboration aims to deliver end-to-end solutions with support for quota enforcement and priority-based scheduling, boosting AI hardware ecosystem competitiveness. Intel’s Gaudi 3 AI accelerator promises efficient AI training and inference capabilities, enabling global enterprises to deploy AI at scale.

Intel remains focused on its 5N4Y program to regain transistor performance leadership by 2025. The company’s Xeon platforms have set benchmarks in 5G cloud-native core, triggering demand from major telecom equipment manufacturers. Intel aims to ship over 100 million AI PCs by 2025, with new chips like Panther Lake and Clearwater Forest set for launch.

Despite its AI chip traction, Intel stock has dropped 27.9% in the past year, lagging behind peers like AMD and NVIDIA. Earnings estimates for Intel have declined for 2025 and 2026, reflecting bearish sentiments. Marginal innovation compared to NVIDIA and US-China trade tariffs impacting revenue prospects are key challenges for Intel.

China’s move to replace U.S.-made chips with domestic alternatives has significantly affected Intel’s revenue prospects. Weaker market demand in China and strict export controls are likely to lead to below-par revenue growth for Intel. The company faces competition from over-the-top service providers and price-sensitive competition that may impact financial results.
