Ikena Oncology, Inc. (IKNA) has received recommendations from Institutional Shareholder Services (ISS) and Glass Lewis & Co. to vote in favor of issuing shares for the proposed merger with Inmagene Biopharmaceuticals. The vote will occur on July 15, 2025, during Ikena’s Annual Meeting of Stockholders. Inmagene is developing IMG-007, a nondepleting anti-OX40 monoclonal antibody for atopic dermatitis in a global Phase 2B trial. CEO Mark Manfredi is confident in the value of IMG-007 and the potential of the merger in the immunology and inflammation space. IKNA’s stock closed at $1.38 on Friday, trading flat after hours on the NasdaqGM.
