Dutch supermarket chain Jumbo and Heineken resolve pricing dispute with a commercial agreement in the Netherlands. The agreement allows Dutch consumers to access favorite beers like Heineken, Amstel, and Texels at Jumbo, ending the halt on orders earlier this year. Heineken lost a legal case against Jumbo in May, as the court ruled in favor of the retailer due to the end of their long-term agreement in 2023. This is not the first pricing dispute between Heineken and Jumbo, as a similar issue arose in 2016 over product delivery.
