Andrea Courtois appointed as CFO of Kirkland's as part of company transformation

Kirkland’s, Inc. announced leadership appointments as part of its transformation into The Brand House Collective, Inc., focusing on multi-brand merchandising and retail strategy. Andrea Courtois was named SVP, CFO, bringing over 20 years of financial expertise in specialty retail. Michael Sheridan was appointed SVP, General Counsel & Corporate Secretary, with over two decades of legal leadership experience. Mandy Gauldin was promoted to VP, Talent & Culture, after eight years with the company. The changes aim to drive Kirkland’s Home and Beyond, Inc.’s brands forward in the brick & mortar space. Mike Madden will support the transition until August 15, 2025.
