Spanish fashion retailer Mango has appointed former H&M Group CEO Helena Helmersson as an independent board member to enhance corporate governance. Helmersson brings over 20 years of fashion industry experience and expertise in sustainability. Mango aims to grow its brand globally and lead in sustainability efforts. The board now includes Toni Ruiz as chairman, Jonathan Andic as vice-chairman, and other industry professionals. The move aligns with Mango’s 2024–2026 Strategic Plan to innovate, drive sales, and expand. In July 2025, Mango introduced a virtual fashion assistant, Mango Stylist, to elevate the shopping experience.
