Marsh McLennan reported a 7.6% increase in attributable net income to $1.21bn for Q2 2025. Diluted net income per share rose by 8% to $2.45, with operating income growing 11.8% to $1.83bn. Consolidated revenue for the quarter was $6.97bn, a 12% increase from Q1 2024.
The Risk & Insurance Services segment saw a 15% increase in revenue to $4.6bn, with Marsh contributing $3.8bn (up 18% YoY) and Guy Carpenter reaching $677m (up 7%). Regional revenue growth included 4% in the US/Canada, 7% internationally, and specific increases in Europe, Asia-Pacific, and Latin America.
Marsh McLennan repurchased 1.4 million shares of stock at a cost of $300m in Q2 2025. For the first half of 2025, net income was $2.59bn, up from $2.52bn a year ago. Revenue for the period increased to $14.03bn from $12.69bn in H1 2024.
