In early trading, Advanced Micro Devices leads Nasdaq 100 with a 3.7% increase, showing a year-to-date gain of 42.9%. Conversely, Charter Communications is the worst performer, down 2.1% and 11.5% for the year. Gilead Sciences is down 1.6%, while ASML Holding is up 2.9% today.
