Italian food-and-drinks group NewPrinces plans to list its UK unit Princes in London in October. NewPrinces acquired Princes from Mitsubishi Corp. for £700m last year. The company aims to reach €5bn in revenue by 2030 through acquisitions. In the first quarter of 2025, NewPrinces generated €672.2m in revenue. Mastrolia confirmed the group bought the Royal Liver Building in Liverpool.
