Partners Group, GIC, TPG Rise Climate, and Mubadala Investment Company are set to invest in Techem, a digital solutions provider for real estate, at an enterprise value of 6.7 billion euros. Partners Group’s Infrastructure business will hold a controlling stake post-acquisition. This move follows Techem’s 2018 acquisition by a consortium led by Partners Group’s Private Equity business, which will now exit their stakes. The new ownership plans to enhance Techem’s digital submetering solutions for the European real estate sector.
