Prime Drink Group Corp. has announced a change in auditors, replacing MNP s.r.l./S.E.N.C.R.L. with Horizon Assurance s.r.l./S.E.N.C.R.L. The former auditor resigned on June 25, 2025, and the new auditor was appointed on June 30, 2025, until the next annual general meeting. No reservations were made in the former auditor’s reports for the relevant period or subsequent periods. The company filed a Notice of Change of Auditor on SEDAR+ on July 3, 2025.
