ProKidney Corp. announced completion of domestication process to change jurisdiction of incorporation from Cayman Islands to Delaware. Each Class A share automatically converted into one share of Class A common stock of ProKidney Corp., and each Class B share converted into one share of Class B common stock. ProKidney common stock will begin trading on July 2, 2025, under symbol “PROK.” Further details will be disclosed in a Form 8-K filed with SEC. ProKidney is a pioneer in cellular therapy for chronic kidney disease, with lead product candidate rilparencel in Phase 2 and Phase 3 studies to preserve kidney function in diabetic patients at high risk of kidney failure.
