Stifel Financial Corp. reported net revenues of $1.3 billion for the second quarter of 2025, with net income available to common shareholders at $145.7 million, or $1.34 per diluted common share. Non-GAAP net income available to common shareholders was $185.6 million, or $1.71 per diluted common share.
Global Wealth Management saw a 6% increase in net revenues, reaching $845.6 million for the second quarter of 2025. Record client assets of $516.5 billion were reported, up 9% from the year-ago quarter. Fee-based client assets also increased by 15%.
Institutional Group reported net revenues of $419.8 million for the second quarter of 2025, up from $390.7 million in the same period last year. Pre-tax net income for the Institutional Group was $61.0 million, compared to $48.8 million in the second quarter of 2024.
During the second quarter, Stifel Financial Corp. repurchased $83.0 million of its outstanding common stock. The Board of Directors declared a $0.46 quarterly dividend per share, payable on June 16, 2025, to common shareholders of record on June 2, 2025.
