THEON International Plc has announced the formation of its subsidiary, Theon Belgium, to expand its European presence and enhance digital/thermal capabilities. The company has established new production facilities in Belgium and acquired a minority stake in Andres Industries to support their A.R.M.E.D. product series. The new production facility in Zaventem, Belgium, will span 420 square meters and employ up to 12 personnel in the initial phase. THEON plans to increase the proportion of A.R.M.E.D. products in its revenue from below 10% in 2025 to around 20% in 2026, with a goal of 50% of revenues coming from products outside of Night Vision in the medium term.
