Mary-Catherine Lader, President and COO of Uniswap Labs, has resigned after four years. She will stay in an advisory role before moving on to her next venture. Uniswap, Ethereum’s largest decentralized trading platform, has not named its next president. Uniswap’s trading volume crossed $73 billion in the past 30 days.

Lader oversaw Uniswap’s internal infrastructure growth, raising $165 million in October 2022. The SEC dropped an investigation in February that stemmed from a Wells Notice issued in April 2024. The case was closed with no enforcement action. The GENIUS Act reopens the door for a Meta stablecoin, raising questions about its success.
