Brazilian fuel retailer Vibra is in talks with Cosan to potentially buy Moove, Cosan’s lubricants arm. The talks were initiated by a minority shareholder, CVC Capital Partners, who expressed interest in selling their stake. However, discussions stalled as Cosan’s chairman has no interest in selling his stake. Last year, Cosan canceled plans for an IPO for Moove in the US. No agreement has been reached, and talks are non-binding. Vibra stated it regularly considers business opportunities, and Moove and CVC declined to comment.
