Jim Cramer recently discussed Visa Inc. (NYSE:V), one of the largest payment processing firms in the US. The stock has gained 13% year-to-date but lost 4.8% since early June due to Congress’s progress on the GENIUS Act, impacting stablecoins and alternative forms of payment. Cramer believes Visa won’t emulate the network scale that emerges from the Capital One deal.
Cramer compared Visa Inc. (NYSE:V) to American Express, preferring the latter due to its younger demographic not reflected in the price-to-earnings multiple. While acknowledging V’s investment potential, some AI stocks may offer greater returns with limited downside risk. For more insights, check out the best short-term AI stock in our free report.
