WesBanco (NASDAQ:WSBC) exceeded revenue expectations in Q2 CY2025, with sales up 76.2% year on year to $260.7 million. Non-GAAP profit of $0.91 per share was 6.5% above analysts’ consensus estimates. Net Interest Income was $216.8 million, Net Interest Margin was 3.6%, and Efficiency Ratio was 55.5%. WesBanco CEO Jeff Jackson attributed success to the Premier acquisition. Tangible Book Value Per Share (TBVPS) grew by 1.3% annually over the last two years. Consensus estimates project TBVPS to grow by 11.1% to $22.75 in the next 12 months. WesBanco stock remained flat at $31.82 after the results.
