Pamt Corp. appoints CFO Lance Stewart as president and CEO, replacing former CEO who resigned in June. Stewart has been with the company since 1989, most recently as VP of finance, CFO, and treasurer. Daniel Kleine named principal financial officer until permanent CFO is found. The company is also searching for an operations leader.

The Tontitown, Arkansas-based company reports a third consecutive quarterly net loss, with the TL unit posting a 112.5% operating ratio. Matthew Moroun will continue as chairman. Pamt Corp. is conducting a national search for an operations leader.
