Fenchurch Advisory Partners, a boutique investment bank, is hiring Gautam Chawla as co-head of its U.S. operations. Chawla, currently global co-head at Barclays, will join in November. Fenchurch, affiliated with Natixis, aims to strengthen its presence in the financial services industry. Founded in 2003, Fenchurch has grown to 70 bankers across London, Paris, and New York, focusing on M&A, capital raising, and shareholder activism. M&A deals targeting U.S. financial companies hit $137.1 billion in the first seven months of 2025, with Global Payments’ $24.25 billion acquisition of Worldpay leading the way.
