Cognizant Technology Solutions Corp. announced an initiative to advance agentic AI with 1,000 context engineers in the upcoming year. Partnering with Workfabric AI, ContextFabric platform will enable AI agents to reason, act, and adapt to enterprise goals. Cognizant will develop context engineering skills across service lines, integrating them into the ADLC and enterprise-agentification framework. Engineers will capture enterprise knowledge, manage context lifecycle, build integration pipelines, and design industry-specific blueprints. CEO Ravi Kumar S stated that training 1,000 context engineers will help clients move towards scalable AI adoption, speeding up time-to-value and improving solution quality.
